When item(s) are delivered, there will be an invoice that will provide a postmark date indicating the last day item may be returned. Item(s) purchased must be in good condition and not be worn w/ price tag still attached to purchased item to receive full store credit. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please allow 3 weeks from when company receives returned item(s) for refund to be processed. It may take up to 2 billing cycles in order for credit to appear on statement. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
On exchanged items, we cannot guarantee that we will have your size in stock due to constant change in inventory. Please allow 3 weeks from when company receives purchased item(s) and invoice request to process the exchange. If exchange item is more than the cost of the purchased item(s), customer will be responsible for cost difference of item(s) and shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned or exchanged items. Please note: Poyson only ships within the 48 continental states of the United States.
